Yesterday i purchased 5 tasty twin special burger deals.<br> Only to find 4 sets of burgers were not up to standard<br> The chicken were little bigger than nugget pieces rather than a chicken breast <br> the burger had to be stripped of its contents and added to the other to make a filling meal.<br> These meals were for suppliers in a meeting from all around the world<br> Which affected of the country and our company<br> <br> After my complaint on the website. I was called within minutes and offered a solution to our bad experience.<br> very pleasant response and perfect service was restored again by the company<br> Our suppliers were happy with the result <br> <br> I must however note an improvement to the store staff....<br> not very customer orientated.<br> Slow <br> And the manager didn't even smile or apologize. she hid in the back room and didn't even greet me<br> Changing this can restore a great customer integrity<br> <br> thanks for turning frown right side up :)<br>
