Food under par and useless management

Hi. I would like to complain about the service received from the mt edgecombe branch in durban. We ordered 1 thumbs up special super peri and a tasty twins super peri from Wendy. Get there my thumbs up order was sitting and waiting in the window, they ended up making the burgers after i arrived. We ordered extra sauce on the chicken. I get home and the chicken is practically dry. The skin is missing of the leg pieces. The rice is turned upside down the burger bun is burnt. The burgers as well was veri peri instead of super peri. I call the manager Devril and he says he cant help me as i have to bring it in and he will replace the meal. I tried reasoning wih him as im not close to the store and he was hearing nothing. Keep in mind i stay in phoenix close to the plaza and order from mt edgecombe because the food is always good and make the drive but to my dissappointment a customer is not appreciated at that specific store and because of *********** staff the manager expects me to drive all the way back to the store at my cost. This is nonsense and i have pics as well to show how bad their food was. Before i posted here i contacted the store to try and get this resolved but clearly my money has no value to them
