Food ordered at approximately 4pm now 6:30pm still waiting!

Barcelos Phoenix plaza has for the second time made my family wait two and a half hours for food delivery. ridiculous pathetic excuse for a franchise. pathetic inhouse service as well. badly prepared food always. one telephone line which is constantly engaged. whoever owns this branch owe myself my visitor and my family a personal apology! still no food delivery this is atrocious !!!
