DO NOT EAT FROM BARCELOS DURBAN NORTH

last week Wednesday I purchased burgers from Barcelos in Durban North (Kenningston Road) . I was waiting for the meals and while waiting I looked into the kitchen, I have noticed that there was a lady that was preparing meals without any gloves. I then asked the cashier why don't the kitchen staff use any gloves and he advised ever since he has been working there they never used gloves to prepare meals. I then requested to speak to a manager and he then advised that she is on lunch and will get her to call back. no one called me until that afternoon because the burgers that I purchased was in such a bad condition and I was not going to allow my family to eat the food when I had to call the store again and still the manager was not available. when I did eventually speak to her she advised that they were making food for themselves. there was a lady that while preparing food the lettuce fell out and she picked it up and eat it. The manager I spoke didn't have any idea what was going on and I requested for the retail manager to call me and up to today no one called. I find this extremely unhygienic.
