Disgusting service
Appalling service from branch Barcelos at Engen one stop in Westville. They are an absolute disgrace o customer centric experience. And quite frankly their staff is very rude and dont deserve the privelidge of being part of this franchise.. my colleagues and i ordered 7 specials of the birthday bash special and we called in for pickup as we are well within their proximately. We were rudely told by their switch board that we cannot specify what kind of portions we want and they will randomly select according to them. We were absolutely gobsmacked and asked for the manager who inturn said that they dont have any portions so all in all this was an appalling experience especially the manager who hung up.
