Disappointing

Very disappointed, on the 2 October 2022 I placed a order over UberEats, my order was accepted and my money came off my account, the store then cancelled my order shortly after and the store had "closed" at 12:50pm, I had complained and a manager contacted me stating I will hear back from higher management as it was not on for the store to be closed as they are a 24/7 store, to this day I have not heard anything and have not yet been refunded! Disgusting work practices ! How do you expect our economy to improve if every person is a *****..?
