Disappointed customer

My name is Tsepo Jood, I was in Barcelos Taung on the 2nd of May, I wanted to buy a meal of R149 which was advertised on their screen in store. The cashier and the manager were so rude telling me to order a meal of R189 or more because the R149 meal is not on the system. How could Barcelos advertise something that they don't have?
