Dirty, burnt and stale Barcelos Garlic Roll

On the 15th February 2024 we went to buy the Thumbs UP Meal at Barcelos Amberfield for R179.90. We were given a stale, burnt and dirty garlic roll. I complained and gave them the photos. The manager that called told that I should come collect the garlic roll. I said i won't be driving to collect a mear garlic roll and that she should send via uber eats. She said she didn't have any drivers to deliver it. I said i'm willing to drive provided it's a meal and she refused. As we speak, nothing has been done.
