Can't complain the service because there is literally NONE

I unfortunately can't choose a zero star Rating, otherwise I would have.

I like to give the company or individual, I'm complaining about a fair change, but when you can't even contact them via email and get Website under construction signs, well then you just have to come here..

I've visited Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken, Grey Owl Shopping Center (Midstream), on Thursday 12 April 2018 (12pm) and Friday 13 April 2018 @ 15:30 & 16:00 .

I thought to myself this might be a good time to try Barcelos "Birthday Celebration" meal, but to my continues disappointment, they were closed, on both occasions. I was clearly not invited to this party!

I think that I wouldn't have been SO disappointed if I went for shopping and accidentally decided on a snack, but when a company put posters all around the shopping center, inviting you to come and visit them... and you actually drive there and the shop is closed with a chain and lock.. well then it's another story.
