Burnt garlic bread. Dry chicken.

I recently placed an order for the Thumbs Up Promotion (Order #57) at your Barcelos PTA, Hatfield location. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the garlic bread was burnt and the chicken was dry.

I am hoping to find a resolution for this issue.
