BARCELOS VERULAM TERRIBLE

Barcelos Verulam.. Worst customer service ever I hav never came across another fast food chicken place that doesn't allow you to choose what peices of chicken you want from normal menu items that are not on special. On tne 19/11/2022 Cashier was rude about it wen i asked is why that was the case When i requested to speak to a manager .. she point blank sed to me that tgere was no manager there. So i said fine.. you can lose me as a customer then..and i cut the call 2seconds later a lady calls me on my cellphone Saying shes the manager and i have no right being rude to her cashier So conveniently shes ther in the store now bt not when i called Then i contact HeadOffice .. Relate my story to the Area manager Turns out the lady that called me is actually the owner of the Verulam branch 3days later n i dno't receive any feedback from the area manager So i ask hm whats the feedback He says the lady who called me on friday was suppose to hav called me... Today is the 21/11/2022 Still no feedback ..nothing Pathetic
