Barcelos staff in evaton is unprofessional

What was suppose to be a nice and relaxing dinner family turned into a disaster. We bought a full chicken at Barcelos at 7:45pm and waited for my order until 21:45 only to find out that my order was given to someone else and no one bothered to notify me until they told me that they are closed. My family waited for their food and I spend my petrol for nothing. I am shaking as we speak cause I didn't take my medication on time.
