Barcelos Secunda,poor customer service

Me and my husband have made it a thing that every Sunday we order takeaways and it's been going well up untill I had to order from Barcelos Secunda. On Sunday the 25th I called in around 11:30 to place an order that was supposed to be delivered. I waited till 15:00 without my order being delivered I called again and I was told they were still waiting for drivers and I asked from 11 and the lady said yes. I told them not to bother with the delivery I was going to come and collect as this was the second time they never deliver my order. Upon my arrival,I again asked why was my order not delivered lady now says she doesn't know,asked for the person who took my order and was told she is on lunch,I then asked for a manager and I was told she is not at work and have to go to Debonairs.I refused and asked for the person who took my order she was called from lunch and she came to explain nonsense 🙄 that she took the slip to Debonairs and doesn't know what happened there after,to cut the story short I was given the cold food that was sitting there God knows for how long. I am very disappointed 😞 with how you treat your customers,Your staff needs to be trained coz the disgusting service they are giving customers is unacceptable.
