Barcelos Phoenix - The absolute worst service

Good day<br> <br> I just stood 40 minutes in a line over the time after being told my order will take 30 minutes. Total wait time 70 minutes. The customer service is really poor and this is my first time at Barcelos. I really won't go back. No one attends you. No one seems to know what is going on. People around me were complaining.
