Barcelos Phoenix - Good customer service a thing of the past ???

Called in the Barcelos at the phoenix plaza for a collect order , the person does not know the concept "customer is king " Not a 1st time customer , and this was by far the most poor service from the branch . Ordered for colleagues and myself and was told I cannot choose my chicken piece as all want the same . I tried to explain the orders were for different individuals and can the lady ask the Manager as I've ordered before .we were going to place separate orders and it will mean the very same .The lady then went on to end the call and did not answer our calls thereafter .
