Barcelos Northmead Disappoints

We had a rather disappointing first time experience at the Barcelos in Northmead. It seems that the staff are untrained in the preparation of the items on the menu. We ordered a Kebab in Roll which was answered with a 'we do not know how to make that'. We then changed our order to Portuguese Rolls whereby the cashier had to check with the kitchen if they knew how to prepare it. In the end we ordered Chicken Pregos and heard the kitchen asking one another whether anyone knew how to make it. The cashier Sibusiso continued playing on his phone while the next customer was asking questions about the menu items. We will not be returning to Barcelos or referring any of our clients to their restaurant.
