Barcelos Maraisburg - Manager with a bad attitude towards customers

Recently bought a meal at Barcelos in Maraisburg. The person who processed my order did not include the chips in my meal. I only noticed this when i got home, i could not go back due to the travelling distance. As a result, i called and the person who assisted me recalled that he forgot to insert the chips withe the rest of the food. I arranged that i will come and collect them during the following week and that he must alert his manager and colleagues in case he was not around on the day of collection. I went back the following week and addressed this with the manager. He made me feel like a nuisance and said he would have to validate this, otherwise he will not be able to assist me. His attitude clearly indicated that he had no intentions to retain me as a customer.
