BARCELOS JEAN AVENUE CENTURION BAD SERVICE RECEIVED

I was at Barcelos Jean Avenue in Centurion last night 24/07/2019 around 7pm and I was extremely disappointed. I will never ever buy food from there. I ordered the thumps up meal and requested extra sauce on the meat of which i paid for and instead when i got home that was not the case.I then called and the manager answered and he was very much aware whom he was speaking to as he remembered the car i was driving and what i was wearing.I told him that the meat does not have the extra sauce that i requested and paid for and instead of apologizing he was very nasty and rude towards me. Im highly disappointed as iv been to several Barcelos and never have I ever received such bad service,after waiting for so long for the food(longer than what was promised 15min) its really disappointing.I really hope something can be done about this.Manager treats his staff like hell to(swearing in from of customer),no professionalism at all
