Barcelos - Cheap means take any **** they give...

<p>On 21st April 2017, I went to buy a bithday special at Barcelos (Quarter Chicken & Rice), at the Chatsworth Centre. I ordered 5 birthday special meal that afternoon, about 5pm. As we opened the meal at home, the rice smelled off, further more the chicken, colour and sause never tasted like Barcelos. Its like they doing us a favour and making this birthday special, theres no quality, no presentation. We customers must just take it because its cheap. I was very disappointed. The chicken was like dipped in horrible hot sause. We didnt even eat the food, that is how horrible it tasted. I could not even give it to the dogs.</p> <p>I normally buy from Barcelos at Berea, and i know how it should look and taste.
