I use to like this place but after my experience at the branch at Cape Town International Airport, I've changed my views on the place. The level of service you receive depends on skin color. My black friends got excellent service whereas I as a light of complexion coloured woman got the bare minimum of customer service. Honestly just hurt and disgusted with the place.
