Barcelos Blu Valley Mall, burned food and bad service

Went to Barcelos Blu Valley Mall in Centurion to buy a meal for my colleague and myself. Firstly the service was extremely bad as the lady (Grace) who assisted us was busy having a conversation with other people in a foreign african language and they were laughing. Dont know if they were gossiping about us or not. When we got to the office to eat our food the pap and chicken were burned. I even took pictures. How could it not burn as they stood and had conversations. Their service became a conversation at the canteen as everybody complained about the food and service they always get at Barcelos Blu Valley Mall. It is very disappointing.
