Barcelos birch Leigh the worst

Barcelos birch Leigh is the worst with service. They served me raw chicken and when I took it back to the store the lady who is apparently the owner coz she didn't want to give a name, was extremely rude and arrogant and being ****** as I am Indian and she is black. The chicken was raw and parts of the breast piece was chopped off. When I showed her the 2 different sizes of the pieces she said that's how it comes as a whole chicken. She is extremely rude and arrogant. Don't suggest anyone buy from her if she really is the owner. She needs to learn how to treat customers and how to make chicken. They have like 10 - 15 different chicken on the grill so how can they not mix it up? When asked her about the different sizes she said you either want a new chicken or just go with nothing. I told her customer is right about the chicken size then she said oh no customer is never right and she don't believe in that. She never even say sorry for the pathetic service or raw chy.
