Barcelos Ballito

The Ballito branch is the worst Barcelos ever! Food is always inconsistently prepared! Bought from here yesterday, to start off with, the food was cold, the burger buns were stale and the chicken fillet was chewy! I hate that the burgers are now wrapped in paper rather than the containers they used to be served in...The paper wrapping is soaked up in sauce and makes the burger very messy to eat. I have complained about this branch on several occasions but there seems to be no improvement on the quality of the food and the overall customer service. Very disappointing!
