Baddest service ever at Barcelos

Today i went to buy food at barcelos at Evaton West. I have never seen such a poor service like that anywhere else i bought food at 17:34 until 18:30 my oder number was not called but the customers that came after me they got their order and when i went to query about my order i spoke to the Lady by the name of Poppy apparently she is the restaurant manager such a rude manager, she doesn't know how to engage customers, her customer service is very bad i wonder how did she get the managerial post or has she ever been trained to work with customers. I am so not happy with the service that i got i even had to cancel my order because clearly they have their important customers whose money is more of value than mine. I will never ever go to Barcelos Evaton West ever again id rather go where my money is valued
