Bad service and food not well prepared

After a long day of work, I opted for takeaways on route home, I called in and ordered a full chicken. When I get there the manager says he didn't ask me what flavor I wanted, I advised hot. I then received my food and when I got home found that he gave me mild, the chicken was burnt yet still pink on the inside. I took the food back and they put it back on grill and burnt it even worse than before with no apology all he said was that he added chips. Terrible service and I will never be returning and will notify all of my friends and family do this awful service delivery.
