Bad service

Hi had a nasty experience in 2016 atBarcellos phoenix plaza Durban. My family and i were hungry and decided to have a meal there. After ordering they brought us a a meal within minutes. Then my wife questioned about the chicken coz it didnt seem fresh and after questioning the Managressshe told was the chicken was from tge previous night and refunded us. I stopped supporting barcellos phoenix and earlythis year i supported Barcellos Mntedgecombe. Today was my worst experience i phoned the manager his name is Denzil. I spoke to him informing him about how dissatisfied i was about the meal. And i handed my wife the phone to explain and to this guy he had no public relations thinking we want a free meal. All we wanted was an answer..and surely wethere it us shift change or not dont do a sloppy job and give sloppy answers
