Bad Service

I ordered 3 menu items (1/4 chicken, chips and a garlic roll time 3) from Barcelos through Uber Eats. I did not get my 2 rolls and only got one with the order. Wrote Uber Eats regarding that and got an option for a refund, but they continued to deduct a further R148 rands off my account???? What the hell?? talk to them, I want my rolls or my money back, restaurants are not fully open and we get bad service already.
