Bad Service

On Friday I went to Barcelos with my partner we ordered a R99.00 meal that was on special. Firstly I greeted her she never bothered to answers, after placing our order we went to sit out side. Then she brought our food with and Glasses with melted ices,later a lady came to fetch dishes on our table never greeted us just took plates without asking if we are done eating. The following day we went to the same Restaurant same Lady Neo served us worst service ever placed an order asked her to warm our rice and she gave us a warm rotten rice not to mention the garlic bread was so dry looked like an old bread. She took the plates without telling us they are closing and left and left the glasses and told the security guy to take the glasses after from us. We were not served by security. Know I have a runny stomach over rotten food I demand my money back.
