Bad Quality of Food & Service

Good Day, I am quiet a regular Barcelos customer. Have purchased at many of the Durban branches.Always get such good food and service from Gateway and Mt Edgecombe branch. But due to where i live the closest branch is Malvern.On so many occasions i place my order over the phone and pick up and its not how i requested it to be.One time i took the box in my car and it leaked all over my BMW leather seats and costed me to get the seat valet.You cant even keep the chicken in the fridge for a day sometimes it goes off so quickly.I gym a lot and eat chicken most of the time. the garlic rolls are never made properly they only cut like 4 lines on the roll it ends up so dry to eat. sometimes i place the order drive all the way there then they tell me there is no stock of certain items and there isn't anything that they have to replace it with.Now and then it feels like the whole chicken is so small, a whole chicken will be like the size of half the chicken from other stores. This week i called to place order they don't even have stock of chicken,the other week they didn't have stock of burger.Very disappointing to have to go through this when i enjoy Barcelos chicken especialy the flavour.
