Bad Quality and Bad Attitude

A friend and I went to Barcellos the get something to eat.<br> The special at the time was saucy chicken strips with cheese.<br> We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Needless to say that the picture displaying the special and what we got were of a very different quality. The rolls consisted of cheese sauce and 5-6 chicken cubes cut smaller than the pad of my thumb and to top it all off the roll was cold. I complained to the manager who told me that they get a pre packed quantity of chicken to put on the roll. I wrote in to Barcello's to complain more than once with no response. I have pictures of both the special that we received and what was displayed. False advertising. Very Dissapointing.. If I wanted cheese and sauce on a roll I could have made it at home and it would have been way cheaper than R60.
