Bad Name to the Franchise

Both the Barcelos in Phoenix one at the Egen Garage ( Old Sugar Mill ) and Gem city gives a bad name to the Barcelos Franchise.<br> Went to the Egen Garage at 9:30 only to find out they have no chicken and the waiting period is 2 hours.....you are a very recognized chicken takeway in the area and you have NO CHICKEN!!!!!!<br> Anycase I made my way to the Barcelos at Gem City, there also waiting period is an hour, absolutely pathetic customer service (how do you employ people that cannot even converse with your customers)<br> At last my supper arrives, they totally messed up my order i was given plain rolls instead of the advertised garlic rolls and when I questioned them i was told they had no garlic butter.....<br> how do the people in the area put up with this
