Bad food service

Worst experience at Barcelo’s gateway food court I ordered 2 quarter chicken chips roll and coke breast piece one of the rolls supposed to be a garlicky roll they told me to wait for 10 minutes I waited when the meal was ready I took it sat at the table and ended up getting to Leg pieces with the meal and a burnt garlic roll I went back and said to them that I required breast pieces and a garlic roll but the 1 the gave me was burnt I asked for them to make another order at the time I had 20 minutes before my movie actually start I waited another 10 minutes and I did miss the starting of my movie with my girlfriend at the end of the meal I found a feather stick I thought it was a bone but it was not and was out of right away after the meal I didnt report that as I had a movie to catch however it was really disappointing and I buy Barcelo’s every week I ended up not having watching my movie My phone number is ********** 460 my emailis ********** I look forward in a plan of action as I still have the recite of the meal
