Bad -Bad service and attitude..!!

I've been enjoying their food since(every Friday we don't cook but enjoy buying full chicken there)...but Friday de 3rd they shows me flames.I did order as usual and wait for my food to be prepared,well it was ready within 20mnt but the problem comes when the lady who just took my order not been there at the counter to hand/or to let me know about my order, instead she was gone to the back going to have lunch or whatever what can we call by that time cause it was already afternoon (16:20)...I have to ask to check if that food which is on the counter mine,and yes it was mine...well I left without any words ....Haaaaaaa when I get home believe me it wasn't a full chicken all both wings were missing....I became G*#V**l.... tomorrow I went there and told them what happened but instead of apologizing of their service I was having a k@#k answer from them expecially one lady there,whom she wasn't there when everything happened.. Fourways Barcelos they will never see me again
