arrogant till operator.

went in with a friend to buy some samosas and ice creme. the ice-creme was fine, luckily i decided to taste my samosa whilst in store, and found that the samosa was as hard as a rock and couldn't even taste the mince inside the crustiest samosa cover, went to the till and advises the salesman that i wasn't going to be able to take nor pay for the samosa because of its nature, The guy's name was Joel, he didn't even seem to care about my story and that i was about to pay for something i has tasted in the store and didn't like it. he never offered to look at the samosas nor taste it. he started calling me Zulu names that meant/ translated "stupid" in English and my friend decided to pay for the Samosa out of her own pocket because i was not having it including the treatment we received from this guy who was never willing to drop his need to be right.

I work right next to this garage and buy from them on a daily basis and this was my first time ever being unhappy with their food but the treatment made me complain on Here, how can an employee call me names just because im standing up for my rights. Please do something about this so that he remembers this every where he works. and i need my R8.00 back please i have a receipt with the tasted samosa.
