30 minute wait before food preparation begins

My wife and I went to Barcelos in the phoenix plaza. I ordered the tasty twins whilst my wife wanted the quarter meal (breast Piece). She was informed that the quarter meal is not sold in 'breast portion' She took the quarter chicken only and was charges an extra R2,50 for the breast piece. She also wanted the garlic role, she was told this is only sold as a combo. We waited for our meal app 30min. I approached the counter and queried how much longer. The cashiers response was staggering. She informed me that they had a large order and my order wasonly now being attended to. I then noticed the chef 'put on patties. I asked if that was the food I had ordered. when the cashier rep**** in the affirmative I asked that my order be cancelled.We should have been informed that a large order would mean a 30 min waiting period before they could start preparing. We went to barcelos at the Old Mill. In 15 min we walked away with a quarter meal ( Breast Portion) and a garlic role minus the combo. The food was delicious. As a franchise can standards differ as much. Well done Old Mill barcelos
