2025 I raise my complaint with Tshepiso Tsele not knowing she is related to Moipone Tsele as the complain was about her ,Tshepiso failed to help me instead she called Moipone and tell her about the complaint, The matter was about Moipone who was and stil harrasing my family and having an affair with his leader ,that escalate to my kids mental health and my health illness ,after my husband decide to end the relationship with her she continues bothering him even contacting my kids ,and saying bad things to me .she said even if I can report the matter to her bosses no one will entertain that. And she really prove that.

2026 I wrote an email again to Rafik and ask what is the procedure or Baraka IT solutions policy about love affair within the company ,i requested how about then separate Moipone not working with my husband because that is the only way she can stop harrasing him on work teams and email as my hisband blocked her on calls and other social networks. She told me exactly that she is a Homereacker.my husband the way he is harrassed by Moipone he even wanted to leave his job .I think Baraka IT solutions doesn't have policy or they promoting love affairs within their employees that is why they failed me and that's the reason Moipone was proud saying no one will entertain my case ,

All I wanted is Baraka to separate Moipone not to report to my husband anymore.

26 Aug 2026 at 10:25 How come the is no action taken and I have a fully right to raise this complaint Baraka it shows that they dont care as we speak Moipone is in a new project with my husband .baraka is a company without policy and only care about what they benefit, Rafik failed to do fully investigation maybe because is a man who dont care what woman feels. This company failed my husband.
