I have been ****med by Baraka. Since I joined their programme in 2024. Almost two years later I am still under debt review/ blacklisted. After receiving my clearance certificate in May 2025 Florence one of the consultants advised me to apply for credit but I got declined due to non removal of debt review. To dateI still get calls from other service providers offering to remove my name debt review which means that for me this programme was just a futile but expensive exercise. Each time I got calls I would Baraka to get clarity but would get different stories from the consultants. Early this year I got a call from Baraka offering me a debt removal service, I then informed the consultant that I have a clearance certificate from them but to me it is just a useless paper worth almost R5000.00. After enquiring from his manager he informed me that I was removed from debt review but I am still blacklisted so I needed to pay a further R3000.00 for my name to be removed from credit bureau then my matter would be settled. I did pay the amount and afterwards the last time I heard from Sphesihle Dube who is supposed to be assisting me was on the 28 September 2026. I feel ****** as a customer not once but twice and this is so disappointing.

And she really prove that. 2026 I wrote an email again to Rafik and ask what is the procedure or Baraka IT solutions policy about love affair within the company ,i requested how about then separate Moipone not working with my husband because that is the only way she can stop harrasing him on work teams and email as my hisband blocked her on calls and other social networks. She told me exactly that she is a Homereacker.my husband the way he is harrassed by Moipone he even wanted to leave his job .I think Baraka IT solutions doesn't have policy or they promoting love affairs within their employees that is why they failed me and that's the reason Moipone was proud saying no one will entertain my case , All I wanted is Baraka to separate Moipone not to report to my husband anymore. Regards Unhappy customer 26 Aug 2026 at 10:25 How come the is no action taken and I have a fully right to raise this complaint Baraka it shows that they dont care as we speak Moipone is in a new project with my husband .baraka is a company without policy and only care about what they benefit, Rafik failed to do fully investigation maybe because is a man who dont care what woman feels. This company failed my husband.
