WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Most difficult bank to get any assistance with. You can email or WhatsApp and get no response. Business account is useless as you are seen as a ******** if someone complains 3 days after placing an order. Wian Vermaak sent me an email once and just basically said they wont do anything to assist me. Account has been blocked for 3 weeks now. Business is at a stand still because of 1 ***** who thinks they own the South African economy and complained within 3 days of placing order. Unbelievable. Yet the banks are no longer there for the Businesses, rather for the complainant.
