Terrible bank, DO NOT USE BANK ZERO

Terrible experience with Bank Zero, they put a hold on my account suspecting ***** where I transacted from one of my accounts to another account in my own name, now when I enquire they don't even bother to answer on either their Whatsapp account nor their email address. What is worse is the fact that they do not have a customer service line, and they instruct whatever bank you send to to put a hold on your account while they investigate(which they don't evidently) so you are stuck in a loop of 2 accounts being on hold while they don't respond to either you or the bank so you can forget about any assistance because THEY WILL FLAT OUT IGNORE YOU.

Do not bank with this bank. This bank does not respect its customers.
