Poor customer service and disregard for customers instructions.

If i could give zero star rating i would. Was given the run around, I cancelled and requested to close my account as i felt the risk was too high dealing with a bank with no premises or proper service support. 5 hours later Bank Zero activated my account regardless of my instruction not to and then billed me for a bank card. Upon contacting them, they advised they would NOT refund that fee despite the fact i sent a request to cancel and close. So they have taken money from me without authorisation and refuse to refund it back. I have peace of mind knowing i have not chosen to do business with Bank Zero as i don't want to be associated with this bank.
