No Response to Query

I have sent several WhatsApp messages and *** for a very simple query and I have had no response. How are people expected to bank here if they cannot provide information? A digital bank needs to have a response time of at least 1 minute. They don't have branches where you can walk into and get info. Catch a wake up Bank Zero. You will lose customers as a result of such bad service.....me included.
