Bank Hero

Bank Zero is the best bank in SA atm. You would think that they would be difficult to contact because they don't have any branches but this could not be further from the truth. Communicating with them is as easy as opening Messenger and their response is always very quickly, effective and friendly. I get the right answer the first time and never get put on hold or told to call a different number. Everyone I know hates doing their banking but Bank Zero makes it fun because of all the new innovations, funky card and user-friendly app. I feel I have the power in my hands, for the first time I bank on my terms, not the banks terms. I decide when, where and how I bank. I even decide how much bank fees I'm willing to pay, because they are so open and transparent with their fee structure. For the first time in my life bank fees are no secret. Keep up the good work guys
