Bank card never arrived, support useless.
I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my bank card to be delivered, their whatsapp support are beyond clueless, I ask for assistance and they tell me to re-install the app.
So essentially, they stole R119 or whatever the card delivery is that they charged me.
Avoid at all costs.

As per email feedback provided, the card was immediately produced and the courier collected it the next day, but then it unfortunately got stuck in their system. Whereas usual delivery is less than a week, you unfortunately experienced an outlier. The app re-install was a separate issue that the agents supported you with, and we believe that has been resolved. If you need further assistance, please contact us via email.
