Account blocked

Good day If i could give it minus start i would i see i am not the only one whose account has been frozen without reason now they are not answering me and my money is blocked how am i supposed to pay my things looks like this is a regular thing why do you treat your customers so poorly..why can’t they just give me my money and then block their account for good
