Terrible service and technical handling

I have been trying to get my fibre line activated for a month now. Yet, every day I get told that it is someone else's problem to sort out. How can it be this difficult to activate a fibre line? Everything has been installed and yet they will not activate the line.

Not impressed with the service from anyone...
