No Connectivity When It Rains

I see there are many other complaints about when it rains connectivity is lost. I'm in fynbos and it's raining and I don't have connectivity.

Why do "we" pay the same as anyone else but we only have half a service? Should we not get a discount until you guys provide a true fibre service and not a half baked point-to-point service that keeps on dropping when it rains?

Please make a plan to improve the service or at least offer your clients a better rate!!
