Internet connection poor

I have been on a waiting call for an hour to get assist by Balwin connect regarding the query that I have logged on Saturday still no answer and internet connectivity, what a shame, how do they expect us to work. Their customer service is frustrating indeed. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone
