Frustrated with Balwin Fibre at Greenbay Estate

Once again, no WIFI and internet access. Why must this happen constantly!!!!!!! Put the fibre cables underground where it won’t be damaged due to the construction. I am paying over R1000 per month.

You have no idea the inconvenience you make on my business. This is completely unacceptable. Why can’t Balwin Fibre just make the fibre secure once and for all. They are many people working remotely and EACH DAY this happens we are losing money because of your incompetence.

There are no headsup when a network issue happens. They say it will be restored at a certain time but then more issues and delays. This disrupts my ENTIRE life. And the cost falls on us, the Residents!
