BALWIN FIBRE is slower than dialup

Absolutely useless team. Called the fibre department and they have no clue what's going on 25 hours later. Not helpful at all, just the usual robotic response of "we will get back to you no one is available now". I mean they probably did an aptitude test and chose the people with the lowest scores.
