Balwin Fibre is a complete Disgrace. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The service from Balwin fibre is appaling to say the least. I have had a internet outage for more than a week and no one has communicate anything to me regarding the resolution of this matter. I have not been to work from home due to this outage meaning that I have to commute to work daily which is not a budgeted for expense. I reported the matter with Web Africa which is my ISP, however the matter is taking ages to resolve. Meanwhile I have to constantly pay for data out of pocket if I want to use the internet, while paying ever so graciously for a service which I cannot access at Balwin. The service is disgusting to say the least as there is not even an ETR for the fault meaning that I have to wait in perpetuity to receive any joy.
